Experience Summary:	Mr. Okreglak is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years experience in engineering and management in the United States, Canada, France and Poland. He held the position of Chief Mechanical Engineer in Construction of Tramway Installations Company in Poland for 6 years, and the position of Chief Engineer and Vice President of Lift Engineering in Carson City, Nevada, for 23 years. His experience includes: designing of all mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components of tramway and people mover installations; mechanical and structural analysis and calculations; static and dynamic testing of components using strain gauging techniques; fatigue analysis and testing; research and development of new materials and manufacturing processes; non-destructive testing of a variety of components; managing engineering design office and manufacturing plant; inspection and evaluation of the existing transportation systems.
